The report on the Existing Site stormwater flows states that all flows are discharged to the property at the rear of the target property.  However, there is a cement block wall across the whole length of the property preventing any discharge as described.  There is no discharge to the property CP BUP8825.  All present stormwater is discharged to the property at the south of the target lot, that being CP SP234902.  Had the report author visited the site then they would not have made the error.  Had the Council planning officers checked the report, they would not have approved it.
